Great little post office. Never had a problem in 3+ years. I've found staff friendly enough; direct maybe, but not rude, and I've seen them be quite patient. They stick to their opening hours as advertised!

Very friendly team, always happy to help. Be mindful of the size, no big parcels. Definitely much better than the post office at the galleries. Quicker and efficient. And you can buy food in the attached shop.

I don't understand the bad reviews as I have always found the service here to be good.
It's a small post office with just one person so if there's people in front you have to wait. He can't open before 09.00 for the post office as the systems don't let him.
He can only serve on person at a time, I have never seen he be rude despite some very arrogant, entitled customers who don't think that they should have to wait their turn.
If it wasn't for small business working long hours we wouldn't have a post office at all.
I use him for Amazon drop offs and have never experienced a problem in the last five years.

I never give reviews but I had to do you all a favour and let you know this is hands down the worst local business I’ve ever come across. Over 2 years this owner has consistently given the worst customer service. He’s not afraid to pick and choose if he feels like serving you or not for post office services, using whatever excuses. I’m aware that stock doesn’t turn over regularly so you will find old, out of date food here. If not due to other post office opening times and distance to me, I would not choose this branch. If you have a choice, do yourself a favour and avoid

Mind blowing, but in a very bad way! Easily the worst post office I've ever been to! Always rude and they overcharge for the size of the parcel you're sending out. Went there today to be told they run out of stamps for letters. I mean, what's the point of being open if you don't even have stamps for letters?!

This post office is convenient to me but I will never use it again.
The man here is the rudest person I’ve ever come across.
Refuses parcels stating too big to take.
And let’s you stand in the queue and once you reach the counter, says post office is closed!!!!
