Post Office Eastville – I’ve only had great experiences here. The service is professional and really friendly. If you have no idea about posting things (just like me), the staff will explain everything to you as clearly as if you were a child. This is my post office!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always had good experiences—until today. I bought my usual Rubicon drink, but it tasted off. When I politely asked for an exchange, the man at the grocery till refused to believe me and insisted the drink was fine.

I felt disrespected and frustrated that I had to argue just to be heard. This is not the service I’ve come to expect after so many years of loyalty. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t happen to others.

Why are you showing these opening hours and then don’t bother to follow them? If the post office closes at 5pm, why does it say “10pm”? It goes for the other post offices out there: update your schedules and stop closing whenever you feel like it.

This post office is the one most local to my work and I try to use it as often as possible. The staff are endlessly patient with customers who go for so much more than just posting parcels etc. Help with forms, sorting payments, all kinds of things happening here. With courier services under cutting deliveries, I think it's really important to keep using our local Post Offices because we will miss them when they are gone!

Always appreciate the help and advice that I get here - you can't get this personal service from a sticker machine in a shop. Well done team.
