I had and an extremely good experience in the post office. The family that work there are incredible helpful, courteous and professional. When using the postal service, I was unsure of a returns process, but the staff guided me in the right direction, showed patience and upheld tremendous customer services. As per previous cynical comments on this forum, this is totally far from the truth and I would recommend this post office to anyone, who wants to experience a high standard service.

Contrary to the view by 'LMai 3 weeks ago' - I was standing behind her and her and her friend at the time - and witnessed her tirade of accusations and abuse towards one of the post office managers. I was not going to hear them insult this extremely professional and very helpful post office family. I told her to stop being rude. She kept going on being abusive.
This post office family must have to put up with this kind of behaviour from time to time. They handle it with grace and professionalism.
I am a very regular customer as my multiple occupancy residence is insecure in terms of missing parcels....so I rely always on this post office. I know them all by name but for their privacy I will not highlight here
They are lovely. So helpful to us all...very patient and always professional. I will always go to this post office. Everyone is made to feel comfortable because of how they treat us. Massive respect to you post office family. Thank you for what you do, we see how hard you work and how you create a warm and professional atmosphere. Thank you

Me and my partner were dealing for years with this post office. People say in the comments that they are rude, no they’re not. They just don’t take any shit. And you know what? In Stoke Croft where the shop is you better stand up for yourself otherwise junkies will steal and people take the piss out of you. It is a family run business and they are all lovely considered, trustworthy people. We used to leave 100-150 parcels a day with them, a lot of times we didn’t even have the drop&go papers and just left bags of parcels with them not even knowing 100% what and how many we left, and NEVER EVER has one gone missing. They always used to give us the receipts with the tracking the next day, and they were all there. If we had parcels without addresses or incomplete addresses, they would always give them back to us. And they knew we send expensive stuff. I would highly recommend this post office as I have never met another one like it since and I use them almost daily. You know what is the best part of this? One of my first experiences with them was me shouting at them because obviously I thought they were wrong, when in reality I was wrong. I never even apologised like a twat that I am and they still treated me with respect when I went in the next time. So if you read this, I apologise and I wish you and your family all the best!

Such a delightful shop and wonderful post office. Warm, engaging, efficient and patient staff. Always mindful of the potential issues of their clientele. Even under the pressure of the Friday afternoon rush! Couldn't recommend more highly.
