Perfectly easy experience, polite helpful assistant on counter. Leaving this simply to balance the negative reviews because people tend to only write when they're displeased and not when things just go as they should!

Visited the Post Office at Clifton for the First Time.
It was really busy but they had enough people on their counters and were working hard.

I can say the staff luckily when i Visited weren't as rude as described on previous reviews (walked in and expected the worse). They were not kind, nor welcoming; but not rude either. *This is for Post Office staff not the Shops.

Everything is done by hand in a notebook with all the deliveries. If you dare use a nickname, don't have your ID, don't have a QR code, or go to collect a few days after the parcel was delivered, expect trouble. It's just frustrating all around. Much better off using the Clifton Downs Post office.

It says on the website it reopens from lunch at 1:30. I went there a few weeks ago and it says 1:35 (not a huge issue) Went yesterday and it says open at 2:30! (That was underneath 1:50 that was crossed out!) You couldn't make it up....

The staff also seem completely uninterested as well.

Royal Mail, please sack them and get new staff

Please get more staff. The queues for the post office are crazy! Staff were friendly and helpful but rushed off their feet. There was an empty post office counter which could've halved the waiting time.

Super nice staff both at the Counter as well as in the Post Office. They both helped me with an issue I had with a postage whilst they managed smartly the rest of the customers. I didn’t get their names but thank you very much. 🙂
