We booked our Honeymoon via Jack and had the best experience. We knew where we wanted to go but the finer details needed to be worked out. We went to Singapore and The Maldives, we knew where we wanted to stay in Singapore but had zero clue on what Island for The Maldives. We ran Jack through our ideal list and he pulled up a few options and we found our Island. We booked there and then! All communication from then was just as good as the first time, and it just made the Wedding/Honeymoon even more exciting. We were met by Kuoni reps, as well as receiving packs from them whilst away to confirm all information. A big thank you to Kuoni and especially Jack for making sure we had towel art in the room- literally a dream come true!

We have had a number of holidays with Kuoni but we had never booked via their outlet in the Bluewater Shopping Center, Kent. We called in on the off chance to see about a river boat trip to Holland in April next year to see the bulb fields. We met Josie who was brilliant. She listened to us, understood our needs and set about selecting the two most suitable packages for us. She showed us the details on screen next to each other so we could compare and choose for ourselves. Just back from our Thailand holiday. Kuoni were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. At Kuoni Bluewater, Maxine and Josie were amazing in proactively helping us plan the holiday. In Bangkok, our guide Victor went out of his way to accommodate and show us around and Natsima the Kuoni Customer Service Rep was also amazing in how she went that extra mile to help us. My wife lost her glasses and Natsima investigated and found them in the car that picked us up from Bangkok airport and got them delivered at our hotel. That was A1 5* service! In Phuket, the Kuoni Rep Kob Khun Kha (Noo) was also absolutely amazing in the way she looked after us with the highest level of customer care and service. Both Natsima and Noo are a credit to and huge assets of Kuoni. In every way everything went absolutely smoothly, efficiently and with time precision. We would rate Kuoni's service at more than 5*.

Overall a good experience booking with them in store. Following this though slow to reply to emails and often a little short when it does come. Was given wrong information about luggage allowance.

The holiday was amazing with only one problem which the company sorted when we emailed.

Would not rush back to Kuoni after this though as feel have had better service from other providers.

Stopped in to ask about Nile cruises. The lady present knew nothing about what Kuoni offered and could only tell us the name of the third party provider they used. Not particularly impressive.

Jack and Nicole were super helpful throughout the whole process and even when the Sri Lanka part of our trip was cancelled a few weeks before our trip, they swiftly gave us multiple options. We ended up have an amazing honeymoon and this was all down to the superb work from Kuoni!

Knowing we wanted to go to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for our honeymoon, we had been to a couple of companies who had us making numerous connecting flights and changing our itinerary to South Africa in the end due to political issues in Sri Lanka.

We found Kuoni and went into the Bluewater branch. We were warmly welcomed by Josie who, within the first 5 minutes, told us Sri Lanka is most definitely do-able AND with direct flights. We couldn't quite believe it nor then know where to start with building our dream holiday as we thought it was off the table.

Josie built us a great intinary around how much we wanted to travel/rest... local sites and what we would/wouldn't want to see and pointed out areas in the island that would work best and built the trip around our needs. One of which (we weren't exactly easy) a surf trip, seeing lions, seeing elephants and a yoga retreat (not wanting much!). All of which was in our trip, within budget and lots of lovely honeymoon extras added in.

We go this month and can't wait! The follow up document and liaison has been great and we're even communicating on excursions we'd want to look at so Josie knows ahead of time to get them booked in with our driver.

We've had travel blog updates on where we are going where colleagues have taken a trip which has been super helpful for us in the final preparations.

Went into Bluewater Branch to book next years holiday, Josie Doe, could not have been any more helpful. She sorted out direct BA flights and hotel on Antigua, for our selected dates.
In addition came back to us later with flights at better deal
