I found Green Acorn on SpareRooms and got a lovely premium house share with all professionals. I filled out the form after viewing and got the confirmation in a couple of days. David handled my agreement and move in while TJP Property handled the rent and house maintenance. Not that maintenance was needed. The house was kept nice and clean with communal cleaners and the housemates were amazing. The landlord was responsive and actively sorted out issues when we had any in the house related to washing machine breaking down and such. I lived there for about 6 months and when I did move out, I was given full deposit (and remaining rent) returned to me within a week. So all in all a good experience. Here’s a happy picture when I used to live there 🙂
