Cozy. We stayed in the Manor Cottage Number One in Stow on the Wold. Cute little place right off of the Market Square. Tricky to find at first as it was hiding behind two large garage doors that led into a quiet courtyard. Inside was all clean and bright. This is a very small cottage and large people may find it a bit tight but we thought it was marvelous, cozy and convenient. I think my favorite thing was the snug little garden sitting area.

After having our overseas holiday cancelled we decided to book a cottage in the Cotswolds. I can only say wow. The service from Manor Cottages was absolutely brilliant. The property we stayed at was perfect for the week away, as described and was in an awesome location. Any small issues were sorted by the team quickly and we will most certainly use them again.

Their values as a company shine through in all of the care taken to ensure that all details needed for a comfortable stay are taken care of. Indescribably awful customer service with staff absent or unwilling to help - passed from pillar to post when trying to clarify questions regarding check in and lost property. There is a complete breakdown of communication between Manor Cottages and the parent company Sykes Cottages - I’ve never come across such a mess of a business.

Inefficient, unhelpful, expensive and working solely for the landlord, not the customer.

We’ve been to the Cotswolds on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed our trips. The service we’ve received from Manor Cottages has always been friendly, professional and smooth. We’d happily recommend their services to other people looking to travel to the Cotswolds. We’re surprised at the comments we’ve read here, completely opposite to our experience.

My immediate family still live in Cheltenham, so the location is brilliant for us, as we're only a relatively short trip to see parents when we stay. I wouldn't hesitate in thinking twice about booking for our next trip that is already being planned.

We rented Holly cottage which was a disappointment. Manor cottages advertisement is dishonest. Is not a cottage but a terraced house in a housing estate.
Couldn't open jammed lockbox for key. No internet for first 3 days, TV difficult to use.3 different technicians tried still had trouble. The local pub had internet that helped. No compensation. Manor cottages less than honest.BEWARE

Fabulous selection of beautiful cottages. We stayed in The Old Vicarage at West Hanney, which is a large, gorgeously presented property. We loved the beautiful walled gardens - you can pick home-grown veg and the kids loved the two tree swings whilst we relaxed on the lawns and patio furniture.

Check prices on other websites before booking.I paid £70 more for a cottage on this website then I would’ve paid on booking.com. This is quite a big difference for a weeks holiday, and would’ve paid for some of our activities. Really annoyed and won’t use this company again.It also almost looked as if we could have double booked, although the property no longer has availability on other websites.
