Load of change as driver we cant catch up!!! now been logged out as they move settle day one day forward just text the driver as reminder instead of log them out and making them lose jobs and money!! we not gone running away u always owe us for all account pay anyway take the payment when money available !!

Wow - I'd spend my last penny to get my daughter home safe and sound but over £11 for a 2.5 mile journey is outrageous. Am I living in London, nowadays? I reckon the drivers couldn't prostitute their daughters for more per hour...

People over the phone were good but the taxi drivers have a shocking ability to check if the person trying to get in their taxi is really the person who ordered it.

My taxi was taken by someone else and the driver obviously couldn’t be bothered to check properly if it was the right people they were picking up. I suggest to you king kabs that you need the driver to ask for the name not ask “is it for ….” Or get them to ring the phone of the person to confirm who it is.

I waited over an hour to be picked up just for the taxi to be stolen.

When I called the driver he was rude and didn’t seem to care about somone else taking the taxi.

It’s this type of thing that makes people use uber. Which I did end up using and having zero problems with.

Again I want to stress that the people over the phone were friendly and helpful but you really need to make sure your drivers can confirm correctly who they are picking up.

I will not be using king cabs again.

Do not rely on app for airport pickup, I even called post booking and the automated system confirmed the booking (linked to mobile number)
KK called me, whilst we were in the air to leave a voicemail saying they needed extra details... I booked 1 week prior and they left it until 1 hour before to call me. They could have even called me earlier that day. Had no chance of getting the voicemail whilst we're in the air!
Turned up at JLA, voicemail received as we exited arrivals saying they weren't there... this was at 1am.
When I called they said it's just the way the system works... it shows up an hour before !!
Zero ownership of the system being terrible not any attempt to rectify.
Ended up getting an Uber, which was cheaper in the end.
Never using KK again

I booked a wheelchair taxi yesterday but it didn't turn up.
I did receive 2 automated phone calls to say they were running late.
After waiting for about half an hour, I rang Kingkabs, it appeared they don't have a wheelchair taxi.

Therefore, the outing for my 94year old mother and her friends was effectively off!!

No-one informed me until I chased it.
This is no way to run a taxi company, please, please, at least be straight and honest with your customers.

There was a complete lack of understanding and empathy when I did speak to a customer service operator to make a complaint.

My understanding was that I had made a contract by booking with Kingkabs - obviously according to them, I hadn't!

Omg kingkabs are the best. I left my phone in the taxi and Miloslab and Jules went beyond the extra mile to secure my phone and even drop it off back at my house. I can not believe they went so far beyond the extra mile to do this I am for ever grateful to them. Not only are they immediately responsive and only take a few minutes to come after booking they have the most amazing staff. Thank youbeyond words, you are all brilliant.
