Sue’s input and responsiveness really made our “once-in-a-lifetime” family safari during Christmas week 2024. We had a superb visit in terms of the excellence of the location (Madikwe,SA), lodge (Tau Game lodge), food, staff and safari guide. Amazing wildlife sightings. Unforgettable for all of us. We approached Sue as we wanted to go on a safari and we have some specific health and accessibility needs. Sue listened to us and was immediately able to suggest an itinerary that sounded suitable. Her manner gave us complete confidence that she understood our situation and that we would be well looked after.

Everything was extremely well organised and the holiday itself ran smoothly from start to finish. We flew to Nairobi then out to two different private conservancies for wildlife watching. We had the most amazing time and we were very well looked after every step of the way, from assistance through the airports to the kind and gentle local staff in the camps. It was all much easier than expected and we have a truly memorable experience to look back on. We had many wildlife encounters and our stay at Porini Mara camp especially was excellent. We really appreciated the ethos of the camp, the welcome we received and the genuine sharing of cultures.

I had an amazing Safari holiday in Kenya thanks to Track Safaris. When I first wanted to book my holiday, Sue called me to discuss what I wanted to do and what would work best for my time and budget. The Safari was better than I expected. The Porini Camps provided great accommodation, with good service and food. I was amazed at how close we could get to the animals and how much we saw. The drivers and spotters did a great job at finding the most elusive animals and they made sure that they knew what we wanted to see. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go on safari.

Our experience with Sue and Track Safari’s for our trip to Botswana and the Kwando Camps far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service was exceptional and seamless. We were well-informed and supported throughout the entire process, from our initial inquiry and subsequent changes and questions, all the way through to our trip, including collections, documentation, and return. Thanks to Sue and her team, we will definitely use Track Safari’s again and explore other travel destinations with them as well. We will also return to Kwando Camps in Botswana.
