Hello!
Using Grays Travels for my first time was quiet an pleasant experience.
The staff is very welcoming and polite. Calmly, they seek to know your worry and then chanel you over to the boss Salman Zakaria.
Talking with him, and from his explanation you quickly understand that Salman Zakaria has a great mastery of not only Airlines but travelling in general and can give good advice on how to go about it carefully so you don't fall a victim of online fraud which unfortunately is on the increase these days.
