They don’t even deserve one star. Do not use this to our group and watch out for them if you’re using the VIATOR app. We booked a tour From Glasgow to Stirling Castle, and they never showed up to pick us up. Repeated phone calls text messages and emails were never answered. Leaving us on a street corner for hours and a trip that did not happen.

Buyer Beware!! If I could give them a zero, I would. In March I booked a tour with them and was charged 300 pounds. Two weeks before my arrival, I contacted all my tour operators to verify the tour. This was the only group that did not respond. I began emailing and calling. They did not respond to 4 emails. Additionally, if you go to the very slick website (don't let it fool you), you will find that several of their numbers do not connect. This group, Clyde Coast Tourism is somehow tied to Slainte Scotland, from whom the charge came. I have since contacted Amex and notified them of potential fraud. Additionally, I have been contacting other tour operators in the area. one told me that he had received 3 calls in the past several weeks of this exact same situation from this group. I don't know how they got their current rating, However, I would suggest you pay attention to this one. They will not perform and once they have your money, I doubt you will hear from them again. I will also be contacting the local authorities of this issue.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Got to dalmeny station, where they say to meet. Me and 6 other people are there and we wait, and wait. We call and email and nothing. The phones are disconnected. We wait about an hour and nothing. Looked at the reviews again and see that this has happened to others. Somehow it was missed in our initial searches. DO NOT BOOK. Feel pretty stupid about now, but this is so sophisticated; they even sent out confirmation emails the day before the trip. The website looks super legit. No luck getting money back yet.

2 days before the tour was supposed to start all contact was denied. Should have checked the ratings. No one came even though we were on time at dalmeny station. Don't book and dont get lulled by the nice homepage and fast replies till you pay!

They called the day before the tour and said they pushed our tour back a day and then canceled on the morning of the rescheduled tour date. They didn't even call us the second time they cancelled, we showed up and no one came and we had to call them to find out they were canceling again. They had myriad different excuses, sounded sketchy. The tour guide manager was supposed to follow up, but never did. We still have not received a refund. They even had the nerve to send us a satisfaction survey for the tour we never had.

DO NOT BOOK!! They never showed up for our tour, left us stranded on the side of the road at the pick up spot. Didn't answer call after call or facebook message. 2 days later they responded and we attempted a reschedule, and they didn't show up AGAIN. Still has not refunded our money! Horrible business, I have no idea how they are still even around.

Don’t book with Slainte Scotland Tours or Clyde Coast Tourism Ltd. They cancelled our tour from Glasgow up into the Trossachs, by email, the night before and then refused to sort out a refund (of c.£150 total) and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. We’ve just got the money back through PayPal but it’s been difficult to sort. Not worth the hassle, friends recommend Haggis Tours.
