So ring a taxi and then the driver doesn't even stop just keeps driving away, so ring the company only to be shouted at by a call handler. I mean it's not that hard to answer a phone without the entitlement and the tone. Not rocket sonece to do a dimple task.

Most drivers are okay, one of the receptionist has banned my family because one of their drivers has a fender bender my a family member in the car, receptionist was nasty and rude. Use a nicer company now!!

Taxi didn't turn up to take me to the airport and didnt answer phone. Last time I used them they sent someone else but didn't tell me. The time before they picked me up an hour late.
I have given them every chance, today was the final straw!

Got a taxi today from sandylands to the train station. Taxi driver was very rude calling me stupid because of my choice of trains home and he knew better there was no train from kilwinning to edinburgh. Told me on more than one occasion i was wrong and stupid. Not very plesent driver at all. I did take a picturenif the sighn saying edinburgh to post or email with s complaint but cant find an email address.

Booked a taxi, called again as they were late, told he was the only guy answering the phone & I definitely didn’t book one. Was definitely this company as they answered phone with P&H taxis and called this exact number - shocking service.
