Thankyou to BC motorhomes and particularly Aidan.
Wanted to upgrade campervan to something bigger,newer with a few more mod cons and BC motorhomes had a good range on offer.
They gave a good deal on a part exchange making it a nice easy process.
Although some distance away I was able to view the vehicle (thankyou to Connor) and was always kept up to date with timelines and preparations which were well adhered to.
Handover went to plan,detailed and informative,it was a baking hot day but helped with free cornettos!!!
Van looks and drives great.

We had our van in at the service department for some minor age related issues. All sorted and done under warranty. Donna kept us up to date and it was ready when promised.
We would highly recommend John and all the team at BC Motorhomes for sales and after sales service.

We had a leak in our pump, well we didn’t have a clue but it was coming from our pump area, after speaking to someone who had dealings with BC motors in prestwick we decided to just drop by on our travels, 1 of the salesman came to see us, very helpful gentleman and sent Louie to have a look, under the seat he went, done a few tests and realised we just had a loose pipe, clicked it back in and sent us on our way free of charge!!! Absolute legend, we tried to pay something for his time but they refused to take anything, amazing company. Would recommend 100% and certainly wouldn’t hesitate to buy a new motorhome from here when the time comes to replace ours 👌 thanks guys

Bought our Motorhome just over a year ago coming down from Shetland island ! Stayed over night on site to go threw the van and check all things work as they should ! Thanks to John and the sales team and garage putting odd bits to rights ! ( use this time to check everything before leaving site ) . Any issues with van and parts you may encounter is the back log of the Motorhome builders and their suppliers not BC Motorhomes ! Would fully recommend these guys as to helpfulness and part deployment and sales team and all the kit they sell ! Cheers guys vans going strong and getting about .

Really rude and quick to disregard you as soon as they think you're not a customer. Their selection of campers was poor and overpriced and the staff seemed clueless to the answers to the most basic of questions.

The first time I visited it was to look at their range of campers for my mum who is thinking of purchasing one herself. I walked into the showroom and the 3 members of staff completely ignored me standing 10ft away looking at them for about 30 seconds until one eventually turned around. They weren't busy working or anything, just chatting with each other. The one who faced me explained he didn't actually work there but if I wanted to go have a look around he would find a sales rep to come find me. I had a look, and 20 minutes later went back in the show room to explain no one had found me. They found a rep, who I took inside a couple of the campers I had picked out, and asked a few technical questions about said campers. He knew very little about them, and didn't even know the difference between an amp hour and a voltage.

I also had a camper conversion to sell myself and after speaking to staff about my camper and showing photos I was told to bring it to them as they were keen to have a look. "Normally we wouldn't be interested but it looks like a really tidy job," I was told. On pulling into their car park the owner took one look from a distance, informed his staff he wasn't interested, and walked out of the showroom. When I went in looking for someone to assist me no one came to talk to me about about 10 minutes, until eventually I went to find someone. When I did find someone they acknowledged me but did not talk to me for another 5 minutes or so, only to start the conversation saying the owner wasn't interested in my camper. A complete waste of a 90 minute round trip. As I said, extremely rude, they won't be getting my mum's custom and I wouldn't recommend anyone else goes to them either.

Edit: They've responded to suggest that I was rude to seek assistance after they both clearly saw me arriving and could have easily told me to just wait a while as they dealt with other customers. They disregarded me because they knew they weren't interested in my camper and didn't feel the need to give me any consideration. They've also suggested that my camper wasn't worth considering and that maybe I should leave photos, so I have. It's a strange attitude to have: that a camper isn't worth considering from one glance at its exterior from a distance. The exterior of a camper seems like the least of things worth considering but I accept that it's a bit of a monster (it's an old box van conversion), something I had brought up when I spoke to them previously, but that it was the internal features that made it worth a look. The furnishings, the full sized shower, the massive 520 amp hour battery bank, the solar panels, the 210 litre water tank, the wood burner. It's built as an off-grid monster, which it is, and that's what they were interested in when I spoke to them previously. So, having run through the features with 2 members of staff and to hear such positive feedback in regards to it, it was a little disappointing to have the owner say no from a cursory glance. He didn't even have the respect to speak to me himself. Not being interested is fine, but the rude attitude and utter disregard towards someone as soon as they realise they can't get anything from them speaks volumes for the kind of business they run. They've only replied because they've realised that if they treat people poorly it shows up on google now. I'm sure they're fairly new to the concept of simply being polite and respectful to everyone, even the people who can't make them money, but it is what it is.

We called in with a problem with the hab door lock. Louis had a look and fixed it with a smile. Fantastic service. It saved us from altering our plans and going all the way with a broken lock.

I have used BC Motorhomes over the past 2 years, and was very happy with their service. This was my 3rd year using the company, and unfortunately, I will not be using their services again. I live in Aberdeen which is 170 miles from their premises. In February this year I booked my Dethlefs magic in for a vehicle service, an m.o.t and habitation check, so BC Mhome had 6 weeks notice for the above work. This timing was essential as we were going on holiday with the Motorhome on 18th April.

I dropped the Motorhome off on Tuesday 8th April, at 8.30am and caught the Train back to Aberdeen. At 09.30am the same morning, (1 hour after dropping off the Motorhome) whilst I was on the train back to Aberdeen, I received a phone call from BC Motorhomes telling me that they cannot carry out the vehicle m.o.t as the person they use for this service is on holiday for 2 weeks with his family, and Can I arrange to get the m.o.t done somewhere else WHAT?

Why wait 6 weeks to tell me this ? Why let me drive 170 miles, hand in the vehicle, wait till I’m on the way home on the train, then phone me and tell me the m.o.t cannot be done ? I am now left with the task of trying to book a 7.5m Motorhome in to a garage somewhere else at short notice to complete an m.o.t. Really unprofessional.

I read some positive reviews from other people who have used BC Motorhomes, and the work I have had completed by them was good, but they left their rubbish on the floor inside the Motorhome, and my water filler cover has gone from the outside of the van!!! The above m.o.t issue has left me totally dismayed with BC Motorhomes, it put me in a stressful and awkward situation, and there has been no real customer services concerns, follow ups etc and has had an absolute negative impact regarding my relationship towards BC Motorhomes, and as mentioned, I will not be using their services again. I have moved on, and learned a lesson.
