Upon arrival Adrian met us and gave us a tour of the apartment, while he explained everything. The apartement is nice, modern and comfortable with everything working like it should. Two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge with a good equipped kitchen. It is a ten minute walk away from the centre of Upland where there are many good restaurants and pubs. To walk to the centre of Swansea, it will take you forty minutes, but remember that going back to the apartment is uphill. We found it easy, but this may be an issue if you are less mobile. The same for the stairs leading to the basement apartment. The apartment was clean and the WiFi has a good strong signal. During daytime you may occasionally sometimes hear the owners, especially their child, move above. But never in the night. Overall, this apartment offers value for your money and we liked it.

One One Five is without doubt 5-star level self-catering accommodation. This modern and stylishly appointed 2 bed basement conversion is well lit, with patio doors leading from both the living room and a bedroom to a landscaped garden, suitable for children. It is a fully self contained apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, flat screen smart TVs in all rooms, and very private with good sound insulation.

The proprietors live in the main house and are very helpful. They went out of their way to welcome us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was spotless, sheets and towels were fresh, toiletries provided, including muc-off branded hand-wash, which I thought was a nice touch.

I can't recommend One One Five enough. I will definitely use it again each time I stay in Swansea, as long as it is available. I would advise booking early though because a place of this quality is obviously going to be in high demand.

Stayed for two nights as a family of four and had a fabulous time, the apartment was clean and well presented. It makes an ideal base to explore the area.

The hosts were welcoming and we hope to stay again in the future.
