We wanted to go on Safari for our honeymoon and Transtrek organised us for a trip to various locations in Kenya. As we had very limited knowledge Daniel advised us with expert knowledge and customised the whole trip to what we wanted to see. We stayed in some amazing places that we would never have found on our own.

Our guide Tony was excellent, a really nice fun loving guy with excellent knowledge of local cultures and of course all the obscure animals.

His ability to find animals and help us get good pictures seemed almost uncanny at times.

All in all a great company to deal with and they made the trip stress free and one to remember

Best safari holiday
We had the best time with Transtrek on our safari. We did a 10 day trip with Tony, saw some 30 elephants, 20 lions, a leopard, 3 cheetahs, black and white rhinos, and uncountable giraffes, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, monkeys… and so much more. We did a bush walk, ballon safari, sundowners in the park, drinks next to a salt lick full of elephants, a night game drive, stayed in a private conservancy with hippos outside at night and learnt about the equator line. We could not have asked for a better guide - Tony knew everything about every animal and every plant, he was very knowledgeable about Kenya too, plus helpful and enjoyable to spend time with. The selection of game camps and hotels was fantastic, and the process to book was easy and uncomplicated. Dan was super helpful with an initial call and kept answering our questions on WhatsApp. It was definitely one of the best holidays I’ve done. Would recommend to anyone thinking about Kenya and a safari, sending my parents next!

We had a fabulous safari with Transtrek! Daniel helped us organize a well-rounded itinerary with several nights each at two amazing camps, Ol Pejeta Sweetwater and Mara River. Our driver, Peter, was so kind, professional, and safe (very important both on the Kenya highways and the rough reserve roads!). He also went out of his way to help us find, spot, and photograph the animals. We feel lucky to have found this company.

Amazing booking service, lots of options given. Once booked, had the most incredible safari - best accommodation I've ever stayed in, and a wonderful knowledgeable driver for our safari. Would recommend Transtrek for anyone considering Kenyan safari. I'll certainly be using them next time!
