Lost a memorial to our cat. It is irreplaceable. Devastated, shocked. They won't update the tracking after 7 days. 2 phone calls and they state it has been scanned at Medway MC but don't know anything else. They said they can't search for the parcel and there is no way to know if it will ever be delivered. I am at a loss. They said there is a fee to pay which is fine, it will be paid but please don't hold the cat memorial hostage for a £3 fee. Please deliver it. Please. Please deliver it, Please it is very important. Please deliver it

If you track your parcel to this place consider it lost or stolen. I've recently had a third parcel go missing from this place. You get a delivery day and time slot and then it doesn't show. Days go past, week's go past and it will not arrive. Theres no way to contact them and ive had to go back to my seller for a refund all 3 times. Update, since leaving this review my parcel was tracked to Nottingham MC the other side of the country to me and where the seller posted it from. Why would it go there ? It's one month later and it still tracks to Nottingham.

My express tracked delivery had gone in a single day from Jubilee MC but now stuck in Medway MC for like 3 days although was told will be delivered 2 days ago. Really needed that delivered quickly. Hope it doesn’t get stuck more than weeks like others reading reviews.

Today, my Nintendo Switch 2 order was due to be delivered by Medway MC, on launch day, 05th June. I came to the reviews, and rendered my item “lost” or “stolen” as it had landed in the den of thieves.

I just wanted to say, that the updates worked, I got an estimate of 15:30-19:00 for delivery and the item came at 18:35. I was stunned, and had ordered another Nintendo Switch for pick up the next day as expecting my item to be lost for weeks.

It didn’t happen. Sometimes, a place isn’t all bad and I wanted to thank the team for the amazing and hard work that they do. I appreciated the good service and on this occasion, all was well.

My parcel arrived in this black hole on 29th July - and there it stays! No sign of it moving, no way to contact them - reading reviews this is the norm!! One reviewer calls it a ‘den of thieves’ having lost 3 parcels once they arrived here!! The seller sent my parcel via Tracked 48 yet here we are 11 August and no delivery!! About time Royal Mail sorted this depot out methinks!’

We have just today (24th June) received a first class posted (birthday) card to our address in Paddock Wood, which has been stamped with medway mail centre stamp dated 13/06/25 . What has it been doing for 11 days, we would love to know!!

Paid for tracked 48h and it's took 10 days so far.
Been stuck at Medway for 8 days and counting!!!
Evri are cheaper, faster, allow a much bigger parcel size and have a 100% delivery rate so far.
I might have to change my Vinted postal options and delete RM.

From what I can see people only review this place when they have a lost package. I got my package delivered on time in 3 days and went through this center in 12 hours. Per stats they route 300,000 items a day so they must be pretty accurate and efficient to only have about ~150 bad reviews - keep up the good work!
