Went yesterday at midday; it was very quiet. The woman on reception was very welcoming, and it was easy to check in. Great value! £12 for 2 hours for 1 adult and child, including a meal and drink for the child, is great value for money! Will 100% return and recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a very enjoyable 2 hours. Also worth noting that the restaurant area is clean and tidy, and food is reasonably priced.

What a great place. Kids had an amazing time. We booked an hour's slot for £8 per child & that was plenty as the warehouse was really hot when we visited. Food and ice creams available. They also cater for kids parties with varying priced packages available. It was quiet on our visit but I imagine it can get very busy during the winter months. Not sure if numbers are limited for safety? I recommend this place. Great fun.

Always a great time at Jumpin Fun! Good value for money and really keeps the kids entertained.
Special shout out to Debra who couldn’t have done more for us when we ate lunch. Lovely lady and really attentive. An asset to the business!

Took a 5 year old here. Great fun. Lots of inflatables to go around. Even has a section for under 5. The inflatable football pitch was also great too. Parking spaces plenty. Staff friendly too. Easy to book online. Waiver form also easy to complete online. For those new and never been before. There is a short safety video that you need to watch. Plenty of lockers to put away your valuables.

Had to cancel my daughter’s birthday party at another venue less than 24 hours before due to a technical fault. I called Jumpinfun Rochester to see if they had any space and they did. They went above and beyond for me and the party girl so was a blessing in disguise the other place had issues. Would definitely recommend this place they have also changed the inflatable.

My daughter & I went here for the first time & she absolutely loved it, if im honest i quite liked it too.
She did two hours & i did just the one. First thing is parking is easy as there is a big car park. The staff we're very friendly & helpful. The thing the really impressed me was how clean it was, like really clean. Most soft play places ive been to always tends to be a bit grubby buy its certainly not the case here.
You get a token for a locker, which came in very handy. All the inflatable stuff was just fun, my daughter loved it & its manned really well. It has the biggest ball pit ive ever seen & again my daughter spent a lot of time in there.
Now as i said my daughter had an hour on her own there so i went to the cafe they have here, the good thing about this cafe is they have a balcony over looking the whole thing which is cool. I did'nt have anything to eat, just had a coffee however i did see the food coming out & it looked nice, they have a massive menu & i dont think its that exspensive.
Overall my daughter loved it & as we were walking out of the door she asked when we could go back so its inevitable we will be returning, which im very happy to do so

Went on a weekday for the 4 to 6 pm, paid £ 7 for two hours which was quite reasonable. Kids enjoyed to the max. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Area was clean also the toilets.
They had a cafe upstairs which served a variety of food and drinks. They also have a locker system.

This place is amazing, the Staff are so friendly and they have accommodated my son so well. He has Autism and suffers really bad with anxiety, the 1st time we went the guy there showed us around and was really nice about it. Today we went again, I booked in for 2pm but we arrived late as my son's anxiety got the better of him, and he was sick. When I explained this the guy serving gave us 2hours. I cannot express how thankful I was and how well the staff were with my family. Will definitely be going back, and such good value for money.
