Had an amazing time in Lisbon. Would highly recommend going. We stayed at Hotel Jupiter and it was lovely. Breakfast there was so nice and so much choice . It is located within easy access to the Metro. Meaning we were able to travel to all the tourist spots. This is the second holiday I’ve booked through Lucy. Looking forward to booking more in the future.

Lucy arranged car hire for us for 2 weeks in Spain. Everything went smoothly, from initial discussions, booking, paperwork and collecting the vehicle.

Horizon hotel at St Brelade's bay Jersey.Delightful hotel with attentive staff. Spa facilities if you want them. Excellent food. Wonderful views of the bay from bedroom balcony. The whole trip was efficiently organised by Lucy Morgan with an attention to detail that inspired confidence.

My family and I have just returned home from a 'trip of a lifetime' which could have potentially turned into the 'trip from hell' if it wasn't for the commitment and dedicated support from our travel counsellor, Lucy- who was brilliant from start to finish.

When we found ourselves stranded in the chaos at Dubai airport during the recent flood disaster- where thousands of people were unable to check in hundreds of flights were cancelled, Lucy was always at the end of the phone, and she was such a reassuring presence in the midst of all the uncertainty. When other people were struggling to contact the airline, rebook flights and find hotels in the area, Lucy booked us alternative accommodation and flights home to the UK from an alternative airport.

We felt hugely fortunate to have Lucy on our side. Throughout, she remained calm, patient and supportive of us, despite not having much sleep herself (as she was on call throughout). The situation would have been so much worse if we had to manage the horrendous experience by ourselves, and we will be forever grateful for the kindness and compassion Lucy showed us and her commitment to getting us home. I can’t recommend Lucy enough.
