Highly recommended. Coaches were spotless, we used them over 4 days to transport us to golf courses and to and from Edinburgh airport. They were always on time and the service was immaculate.

Thank you very much Smith&Sons Coaches! Not only did you help us out of a hole when another coach firm let us down at the last minute, but you managed to quote the trip for less money.
You also went above and beyond when we had to make a cancellation and offered us a refund of our deposit (due to the extraordinary circumstances of course) but it was still very kind of you. You were a pleasure to deal with always. You were so efficient with journey confirmation details etc. right from the start. We hope to use your services in the future too. We would highly recommend your customer service which was brilliant. Thank you very much.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Good quality, well maintained coaches. Clearly very experienced at what they do, and all at very reasonable, extremely competitive prices. Highly recommended and still going strong.

We were unfortunate enough to hire this dreadful company to transport our guests to our wedding.

They turned up late to collect our guests (who were at the pick up point on time) and as a result our ceremony timings had to change last minute. This is not the kind of stress that is needed on the day.

They also turned up late for the evening run, after the venue was due to close. The only explanation the driver had was a shrug and that he was "on another job".

He was rude to my guests and I unreliable. When I called to complain they were just as rude and unhelpful.

I would recommend that no one even considers using this terrible company. They were the cheapest but I will never have anything to do with them again.

Worst bus company ever. Crashed into my car then tried to blame me
