Was interested in buying a print by Ulyana Hammond priced at £195 and suggested it was quite a bit more expensive than it was in John Lewis and could they come close to it. I was met with a blank stare as if I had committed a crime. I ended up buying the print elsewhere for £129 which is £66 of a saving. Even if I had been offered £15 off I would probably have bought it.
