Best shortbread EVER!! Found it in a local store here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. When I need a shortbread fix, the All Butter Shortbread is what i pick up. Thank you for making such a great product

Duncans Of Deeside Ltd is a Shortbread and Oatcake factory. It produces delicious, high-end, flavoured and plain shortbread and oatcakes. These are available in shops all over the world.

The factory does not currently have a factory outlet shop. If you are a member of the public, I suggest checking your local supermarkets or other shops where you can buy Scottish produce.

My personal favourites are the coconut shortbread, the salted caramel shortbread and the wheat-free oatcakes. I know that many people also rave about their Raspberry and White Chocolate Shortbread and the Oilve Oil Oatcakes.

Giving a one star, as just opened a box to find only 3 packets rather than 4. Yes I could have gone back to the supermarket and exchanged them but that takes time out of my life. Went onto Duncan's website to give feedback/contact them but none available unless it's through social media.

Sorry but the only method left is Google review.

Duncans of Deeside, you've obviously got an automation problem with your packaging, please rectify this and ensure you're not short changing customers in the future.
