Wow this place is beautiful. We stayed here overnight in our camper van. Situated next to the ice cream boat! Also worth a check out. &
£10 donation which was well worth it. Toilets are a short 5 minute walk along the road where there is also another place to park up. Beautiful spots for those looking to wild camp or simply a lovely day out.

Very pretty place and thoroughly recommend visiting. Car parking is quite restricted or be prepared to park a short walk away from the access road and walk the last bit.

Calgary beach is an amazing little place, so remote and wide, with beautiful white sand. We only had a couple of hours here before heading for the ferry home but we loved it. Bit of a downside was the track leading to the car park, it's uneven, loose, and a dar could easily crack its oil sump traversing the track, it could do with being compacted, but the beach itself with its stunning views was perfect.

The most beautiful beach I ever seen. White sand and the sea was so many different colour blues. Very shallow and calm water. Perfect for swimming but a little cold for us. Would love to return when it’s warmer and spend the day here.

Strong winds the day prior and day of our visit - assume that's what had brought a lot of seaweed and kelp on to the beach. Still a nice beach though and would like to see it again when weather has been good l.

We went on a beautiful hot day and enjoyed the lovely white sand - great for sandcastles :⁠-⁠) The toilets at the nearby campsite were handy, and the wee shop at the other side of the bay, while not open all day, had good ice cream.
