I have been to Wonder World on several occasions with my two young kids. This place is great, especially as it has quite a large toddler section. I find that most soft plays have quite a small toddler or little baby section.

Recently, they have made a few changes, the addition of a large ball pit my kids loved.

Morning slots are generally pretty quiet.

I'm only knocking a star off as the food I found to be mediocre but not too dissimilar to other soft plays.

We really enjoyed it, the staff were amazing and very friendly. I love for the fact that the under 4's ( toddlers area) it's in a completely different area ( next to the café on the left hand side) we paid £6.95 for our 16 month old boy and myself and my partner were entry free, so I can't complain about the price, as most softplays charge for the child and also the parents. The reason why I cannot give 5* it's because the train ride was quite scary to my son (very loud when train started moving) and also because the play area was dirty still. ( We were there @ 9:30) apart from that we would definitely go back. ?

Very expensive and extremely poor service. Having booked and paid £20 online, when I arrived early, I was offered entry into an earlier time slot …..which only had 30 minutes remaining !!! Food was pricey, took 40 minutes to arrive and chips were stone cold. No drinks although I had already paid for them and then had to go wait in another line for these ……all in we lost 20 minutes of play time. Huge disappointment …won’t be returning .

Kids had a fun time. We went late on so wasn't as busy. Has a separate bit for the toddlers. Food and drinks available. Parking can be a issue as the site shares its car park. £12.95 for 2 hours. Happy kids.

Just had my first visit with my 20 month old son. He isn't as mobile as other children his age.

So I was really pleased to see such a large play area for his age group. There were lots of foam block for us to build towers with. He really enjoyed the little activity walls and the little blue sensory square pads on the floor.

I visited in a Friday morning 9.30 - 11am which was nice and quiet. It's starts to get busy at 11am.

I will certainly be visiting again.

Service is so poor at cafe. Waited 20mins on 2 x coffees after my order had been taken. Staff were dismissive and non apologetic. Wouldn't even say it was busy enough, but more just not enough staff serving.
