Stayed at the house here for my best mates Hen Party and it was amazing , lovely house , hot tub , lift to and from Todd's Leap Tourist Attraction, and also to and from Derry for food and drinks in the evening , and breakfast brought to us by Marcus on Saturday and Sunday morning! Great value for money I highly recommend;

Went here for my Brother's stag weekend. Everything was brilliant Marcus and Abby made it very easy to book and alter my booking when needed. When there Marcus couldn't have done more for us as he provided us with transport and sorted us with our breakfasts both mornings! Would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely be back!!

I absolutely loved here for my hen party! Marcus the owner couldn't have done enough for us and there was no need for transport as he provided that for us and took us to wherever we wanted to go. He even took us to get our Chinese the first night we where there.
We visited Spa by the Sperrins on the saturday and are time spent the was amazing. The staff were excellent and provided us with everything we needed, plus because I was the bride the gave me a goodie bag with beauty treatments to take home with me. Marcus also took us to and back from the spa.
Back at the house the back garden was lovely to sit in as we had excellent weather when staying there and there was plenty space for everyone. Definitely deserves a five star rating and would really hope to visit here again!!

Thanks to Marcus,very good host.Great weekend for stag party. Hovercrafting,Archery and foot golf. Great accommodation and travel to/from Londonderry for night out. Highly recommended.

We had a stag weekend and the house and facilities where amazing, Marcus was top notch who took us back and forth from our activities, highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

Brilliant for stag or hen party packages. Best in Northern Ireland. Had a brilliant time would recommend the paintballing and go karting.
