Save your money, don’t go through this fraud agency. Me and my friend wasted £240 each (Students having saved up this money to travel) recently applied for a Schengen Visa and our experience had been horrible throughout. I have attached screenshots of our conversation as proof of their incompetency and fraud.
1) spelling mistakes in documents from the start and constantly being made even after informing multiple times.
2) Put my friend as a working professional in the visa while we clearly mentioned we are students working part time jobs.
3) Put different hotel names in different documents.
4) After a visa refusal, casually mentioned that other 13 clients also received refusal clearly portraying that they are definitely not good at their job.
5) promised a refund for the visa refusal, strolled us for a month only to completely ghost us. The complaint department, the agent themselves and their managers are not responding to our calls, mails or messages.
6) After visa refusal the hotel kept calling me to pay the room fee because their incompetent team “forgot” to cancel the bookings and their credit card declined when the hotel try to cut an advance.
Extremely unprofessional team, with zero work ethics, I wish I had done my visa myself rather than putting myself through this trauma for over a period of 3 months.

Also, the positive reviews posted for this agency is literally by their own team members, their phone no. on Google itself has been marked fraud by the UK government.
