Amazing service and really helpful and polite staff. After my mechanic for 27 years retired, I was looking for an independent that I could trust and have just as much trust in. I think I've found the place here at Jon Hearn's.
Had an MOT fail there, they booked it in ASAP and quoted for the work to be done. When I went to collect my car and pay for the work, the bill was less than quoted because the job wasn't as difficult as expected and so didn't take so long to do. So you can be sure not to be ripped off here either.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for work to be done on their car.

Took my Hyundai EV to Jon Hearn MOT & Service Centre with a strange rattle over bumps. Byfleet Hyundai couldn’t see me for 2 months—unbelievable! Jon Hearn fitted me in within days, diagnosed a stone stuck in the shock absorber, removed it, and didn’t even charge. Super competent, honest, and trustworthy. Huge thanks to the team—highly recommended. Skip the dealerships, go to Jon Hearn. 😊

Couldn’t recommend this garage more. I had to bring in my car for a basic health check to see if there’s anything wrong with it and also had a specific issue that I wanted checked out. The garage didn’t try to invent any extra problems just to bump up the cost—they gave me a fair quote for the one issue that actually needed sorting. They were really helpful, answered all my questions, and worked with me to find a good time to get the car fixed. All in all, a fair and honest service.

I’ve been going to JH for 10+ years and even though we now live in Farnborough there is no where else I would take my car! Everyone who works there is so kind. They always take the time to talk me through any problems with the car and are so flexible about the time I need to drop my car off due working in London. I highly recommend taking your car here!

This was my first time using Jon Hearn's and I will come back to use them again! There's so many positives about this company! the location was incredibly clean for a job that creates so much mess the place is absolutely spotless! the workers were incredibly friendly and very professional and they know their stuff! I originally brought my car in for a noise with my clutch and one of the workers booked in to see me for a test drive at the start of the week. the test drive only took 5 minutes and the worker could already tell there was an issue with the gearbox. he gave me some recommendations on what to do telling me that replacing the gearbox wasn't worth replacing as my car is old and I'd be paying for more money than what the car is worth. to cut the story short they recommended I get my clutch replaced and had me booked in for the same week giving me advice on when to bring my car so I would be able to receive it back the same day. as they was replacing my clutch the mechanic working on my car gave me a ring to tell me he found another issue with my car and asked me if I'd like to replace it rather than just surprising me with it at the end! my experience with Jon Hearn was a 10/10 and id recommended this company to anyone experiencing issues with their car. very professional and very knowledgeable staff!
