My travel counsellor Mrs Michaela Hubbard arranged all my holiday details for my first time holiday alone. I wanted a group holiday in Andulicia with sightseeing tours. She booked me a You To holiday in Mijas. She took care of all the paperwork, checked me in and printed and posted it all to me. Michaela then had to change all my boarding passes as due to not being well I needed special assistance, she reprinted new boarding passes. On arriving in Spain I discovered my card did not work and rang her for advice I was frantic. Michaela rang hotel spoke to reception to enquire where there was a Western Union Bank, I arranged for a money transfer after she had told me what i needed to do,spoke to my holiday rep who then took me whilst we were in Granada to the bank. Without the backing of someone who kept me calm and knew exactly how to help it would have been a disaster on my first holiday alone at the age of 71yrs of age. I will not hesitate to use her again for my next holiday.

I was recommended to use Michaela through a friend. I have to say it was the best booking experience we have ever had (and we have tried a few!). Communication was excellent throughout, regular calls and emails to keep us up to date. When the BA flights would not load onto the App it was no issue at all and Michaela put the tickets on a PDF and sent them to us. Once we were in Barcelona we received calls checking all was ok and a lovely bottle of wine waiting in the room. The icing on the cake came when before we knew what was going on Michaela messaged to say there was a taxi strike in Barcelona on the day we were leaving and the transfer to the airport would not be able to meet us outside the hotel. Michaela sent new meeting details, the number of the car and drivers name. What could have been a nightmare was all sorted without any fuss. First class service taking all the hassle out of the trip, I would not hesitate in booking again with Michaela.

Michaela organised a fabulous staycation in Devon for myself and family. She sourced a fabulous 4 bed house complete with heated pool . She went above and beyond to find precisely what we were looking for and delivered without any stress for us. I would highly recommend using her for any vacation here or overseas.

Michaela was brilliant straight from the get go of booking our surprise holiday for a 60th birthday, after listening to what we wanted she was very quick to send various options over to us all within our budget. I booked a coach day trip within our package, through no fault of Michaela’s the coach didn’t turn up but even with the 8hr time difference between us Michaela was easy to contact and sorted this straight away and got us on the trip the next day and it was a trip of a lifetime! Even with the hiccup on the day trip Michaela took the stress completely away from us, I cannot fault her at all. Everything was perfect. She even went beyond and added a personal touch and sent us a scratch off boarding pass with the destination on for our surprise reveal. When trying to arrange a stag party for my upcoming wedding I didn't realise how stressful it would be. After various attempts at getting the ball rolling I finally contacted Michaela to see if she could help me. From the first meeting I felt myself de stress as she took control of everything and I could finally start enjoying this venture.

She has taken my ideas and created a stag party that I'm sure myself and 10 friends are going to enjoy and look back upon in future years , all within a workable budget. Always keeping an eye on the local rules and attitudes towards stag parties ( I'd not even thought of this ) ensuring we get there after our flight and can genuinely enjoy ourselves.

From creating a whatts app group and keeping everyone updated on payment schedules, flight times etc to sending us snapshots of the current weather or adding things like golf clubs, insurance and extra baggage as and when required by my friends.

Thankyou Michaela for turning something that was so stressful into a pre wedding party with my closest friends and family that I can just get on the plane and enjoy.

Never used a TC before - usually trawl the internet for weeks on end comparing contrasting. What a fabulous experience Travel Counsellor Michaela H has been. From my initial contact MH took time to understand what I wanted for me and the children. she gave me choices then we tailored it a bit more with some flight changes and there we all booked ! when we had to make some further changes MH took the time to get the best for me. MH was really communicative from initial contact, in resort, on the way home and when we got home- I felt someone had my back all the time and someone that understood.
