Very pleased with the pick up/drop back service and organising my MOT at the same time as the annual service. Bit pricey I suppose but it is a proper main dealer service so peace of mind and added value for resale as it's all electronically logged these days. Excellent communications and the car came back cleaner than it left! No question I'm a new regular customer for my Mazda 3 GT Sport

Amazing service from start to finish. Staff were very helpful. Requested a courtesy car which wasn't suitable for my requirement on the day due to work and travel. No questions asked they just swapped it to another. Will definatley go back and would also recommend to others.

I was completely satisfied with the annual service. It was the first time at
TWWhite Collection and return service went smoothly. I appreciated the quote price hadn’t changed in the bill. I feel confident that the service was according to the manufacturer's instructions. Vehicle cleaned was appreciated. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and professional. I shall return next year.

A truly 5 star service. Reception helped me with finding my service plan on new vehicle and couldn't do enough for me on the day of service, including letting me use a courtesy car (which i hadn't booked)
Service carried out in a timely manner, and kept informed of progress.

Overall a very positive experience with my car being returned clean and tidy after it's service , reception staff very polite and good communication.
Only query i have is labour cost , for a 2 hour second service at £575 it's a bit steep .
Maybe that's just me but would definitely use again.

TW White and Sons in Byfleet was the service centre listed for the company lease car I have for work. In the three years I've had the car, they have provided nothing but an exemplary service. My car was even plagued with some mysterious electrical fault problems that came and went without rhyme or reason, and at. no point did they make me feel stupid for raising the issues - just dealt with it and tried to find and fix the problems. If ever I've had a query, then they always get back to me with an answer.
With the lease car due to be returned, I had to get a chip (caused by a slightly inconsiderate person I assume in a tight parking spot) and the job that has been done is incredible. Sam, in the body shop honoured a repair quote he gave me about 4-5 months ago, then charged me less as I didn't have the courtesy car, also fixed some scratches on the drivers door as part of the blending bit of the repair AND delivered the car back to me as I had no one to take with me to collect my car from the centre. Amazing service and I am very grateful.
Every person I have spoken to over the time I've had the lease car has been friendly, courteous, knowledgable and above all, kind. I hope the new lease car I'm getting will be looked after by this centre too as I can't fault them.
