I should have posted this review a long time ago. West Surrey lettings have been managing my rental Property for a few years now and even as I'm coming to and end of using their services (as I'm selling my property) the team still go above and beyond to help me. Neil has been amazing with bridging the gap between myself and my tenants and can't thank the team enough for all of their hard work over the years. Their customer service is second to none.

Editing my review now after more than 2 years of renting through them.

Honestly, I’m so impressed with this agency. Every time something comes up, they’re on it straight away. They always listen, reply quickly, and sort things out without any stress. I’ve had such a good experience renting through them — I really feel looked after. It’s rare to find an agency this attentive and helpful.
Big thanks to Tony, my property manager, Dean, the senior property manager, and the whole team — I’m genuinely wowed by how responsive and professional they are.

Everyone I've dealt with is helpful, friendly and professional.
The rental process is easy and the support you get is outstanding.
Anything you need help with in the property is taken care of ASAP.
Victoria showed me the property, she's lovely and super efficient.
Kay looked after us for the duration of our stay and she's just outstanding.
