Got a taxi from Harley’s 4 of us 3 where in the taxi and my partner was half in half out and he started driving away we shouted she’s not even in and started laughing and then proceeded to say sorry thought the door was closed got to the racecourse in Ayr and runs a red light then proceeded to dropped us at the side of the road and says get out no respect for passenger safety for a start and then flings us out for driving violations first time using thistle cabs and won’t be using again

I always wonders for schools minders know there intited to holiday pay. For every month even zero hour congrats.
Ask acas. Lot of money sometimes.
People are allowed to earn money afore it affects benifits.

Honestly rubbish. I did book the taxi this morning when the taxi is arrived he did take someone else then they send me another taxi after30min.

Only gave 1 star as the operator was very helpful when booking. Booked taxis for 10 people. Seen our taxi but before we could get the driver took 7 other gentlemen instead. Called back but they were not helpful. Left us high and dry . Defo not reliable

I have use Thistle cabs numerous time with absolutely no issues. This time however I decided to use their app. To my amazement they charge an extra 0.50.for the privilege. It actually states their addition fees are for tolls or wait times.
When I questioned this they couldn’t have cared less.
What a disappointment 😡

Price gouging unsafe drivers. Should be avoided as much as humanly possible.

Responding to the owner: You're prices are not set by the council because when I spoke on the phone and to the driver I got 3 different prices.
