Thank you to Rosehill Travel for a great family trip in Cotswold. Both drivers are super nice & friendly & great knowledge that they share with us. Mark & Colin told us lots of interesting history about Cotswold and showing us around from one beautiful spot to another beautiful spot. All of them are something new for us that we never experienced before. Definitely will go back there with longer time hopefully so we can relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Cotswold. Thank you Sarah & James for simple & flexible booking but very comfortable & great experience for us.

James Long was an exceptional guide. For 2 days we got a fantastic tour of the North and South Cotswolds. Also stayed at the Lygon Arms which was a very classy old hotel. Mind you, this private tour and hotel is expensive BUT you get what to you paid for

We cannot recommend Rosehill Travel enough for an amazing weekend in the Cotswolds. My family and I visited the Cotswolds on a weekend in May 2024. Doing some research, I decided the best way for us to effectively see the best places would be to hire a driver/tour guide to take us around.

Rosehill’s website lists the type of tours you can schedule and we decided to do the 2-day North and South Cotwsolds Tour. Scheduling with James and Tatsiana was incredibly convenient and simple. I emailed them to request the package and they reverted to me promptly with a suggested itinerary. They sent reminders closer to the trip and gave us the contact information for Simon, our guide and driver.

We took a train from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh, where we were picked up by Simon. Simon was an absolutely amazing guide. A native of the Cotswolds, he was incredibly knowledgeable, knew all the towns, roads and places of interest inside and out, and knew all of the history about each of the places we visited. He was also kind, fun, interesting and a joy to talk with. He even accommodated some last minute requests from us, and also took us to some hidden gems that we did not know about. The Cotswolds are very busy with tourists and he knew exactly how to maneuver through the crowds, find good places to park, and to time our visits such that we spent a weekend without any headaches of parking, driving, etc.

The Cotswolds were the best part of our trip and that is in large part because of Rosehill Travel, I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a fantastic experience with Rosehill Travel. From the planning stage of our private, custom tour we felt that our preferences were taken into account.

We got a complementary phone call to discuss our ideas (other companies we had contacted did not offer this), then received a detailed programme with suggestions for dinner and afternoon tea locations. Gavin, our tour guide, was brilliant. We had wanted to have quite a leisurely trip with no rushing about from place to place so that we could take everything in, and Rosehill Travel didn't disappoint. We will always remember this wonderful trip.

We particularly appreciated the flexibility in terms of locations: we were picked up in Oxford and got to visit not only the Cotswolds but also Blenheim Palace, Highclere Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon over 3 days. The car was very comfortable. We were glad that we didn't have to worry about transport or luggage. We will be recommending Rosehill Travel to our friends and family if they ever happen to travel to the area.

He was an amazing guy, and we had an unusual place to get to because I had family in the area that I had never met before. Nick, without hesitation, knew just where to go, and how to get us there.
