Outstanding! Above and beyond customer service. My group had a 1 day Isle of Skye tour booked with a different company that cancelled the morning of the tour due to a sick driver. I called Richard from A1 Highland Tours and he found us a wonderful tour guide named Scott who was able to give us a tour that same day (our 1 and only day in Inverness). Richard saved our trip with his efforts and Scott took us on a brilliant tour of the Highlands. He was local, knowledgeable and very friendly. Richard will take care of you and Scott will entertain you. Could not recommend this service enough. 6 stars!

Fantastic 5 day tour of inverness, Skye, Lochness, Mull and Oban areas with our driver Richard. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, comfortable and clean Mercedes van, always on time and lots of fun to spend a few days learning about his bonny Scotland and her gorgeous scenery! Richard is a great guide and made our trip interesting and fun. Having a private guide we saw a lot more than we would from a big bus, and he adjusted the timing of our stops as the weather and our interests changed. Highly recommend! Definitely would book again!!
