I stayed here for 3 nights and used the hotel as a base to tour the Highlands on my motorbike. Booking directly through the hotel itself was a dream. I was given all the information I needed prior to making my booking. The hotel is actually on the NC500 route although it is in a very quiet area. The car park was at the back of the building and enabled me to park my bike securely and out of view from passers by.
A great choice of breakfast and evening meals which were all high quality and well presented. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas and a bar area too. Clean and comfortable rooms, roomy shower and bathroom.
A great experience and a hotel I will recommend. Many thanks.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly welcome. Car park round the back (narrow entrance), garden, outdoor terrace, lovely bar with separate lounge area. Good breakfast choices (order evening before) so hot, well cooked and less waste. Room 2 has a great shower. How do these places get such soft sheets? Good run to Dingwall and back (thank you Kimoot)

We chose this hotel hoping to get some rest — which is normally the purpose of a hotel… Unfortunately, sleeping was impossible: loud music at the beginning of the night, people shouting and singing so much that we couldn’t even hear ourselves in our own room. If you’re looking for rest, this is not the place: the experience felt more like spending the night in a nightclub than staying at a hotel — an overpriced nightclub for one night. Even the hotel owner replying to reviews pretends not to know that his bar keeps guests from sleeping. That’s exactly why there are earplugs provided in the rooms…

Fabulous room. Large and spacious. The bathroom was fantastic a large walk-in shower.
A great array of tea and coffee to choose from in your room. The bed was super comfortable.

Unfortunately I arrived too late to eat in the restaurant but if the quality of the breakfast was anything to go by I really missed out. When I stop next time (and I will stop here) I will endeavour to get there in plenty of time to try the restaurant.

The staff could not be more helpful. I even got a call prior to my arrival making sure I was ok with directions etc. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and welcoming.

A fabulous hotel.

We are a business working all over Uk,we have 2 locations near the hotel,one in Inverness and the other in Dingwall.
The Hotel has the parking out the back,Staff are very friendly the food is brilliant and facilities are brilliant.
We enjoyed our stay,we will be back,we always have visitors coming up from England,and this is where they will stay.

We went for lunch, couldn’t fault the meal, we both had the steak and I have to say it was one off the best meals we’ve had recently, the only thing that let it down was the service, we waited 30mins to put in our order for dessert, in the end I had to go and find someone to take our order then we sat for a further 20mins before we gave up, we had to cancel our dessert, but the main course was lovely

Great hotel! Staff were very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but had dinner and breakfast and the food was brilliant we will be back. Highly recommend

Stayed for work, staff were very friendly, room was 10/10 and the dinner was great.

The breakfast wasn't my favourite but was made up for by the rest of the experience.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.
