I recently decided to take myself on a solo getaway to a luxury retreat in Koh Samui, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I just returned from an amazing conservation tour in Costa Rica, organised by the ARCA team, and it was fantastic! The parrots were a real highlight—seeing them in the wild was something special, and the guides were brilliant at explaining the conservation work behind it all.

The food was incredible too! Every meal was fresh, locally sourced, and full of flavour. It really added to the whole experience.

Wow, just wow! I’ve just finished a 36-day expedition through Thailand’s islands, and it was absolutely unforgettable. Travelling from island to island felt like hopping between different worlds, each more beautiful than the last. The people I met along the way really made the experience, from fellow travellers to the locals who were so welcoming.

One of the best parts was staying on a smaller, quieter island where we took a traditional Thai cooking class. Learning to cook authentic dishes with locals was such a special moment that I'll never forget.

I had such an amazing trip to Vancouver organised by Kriss. He recommended activities like Whale watching, bear watching and the sky walk. Loved all of that and to experience seeing them in the wild was amazing. Kriss also helped with the hotels and as we were travelling we needed budget friendly which he definitely delivered on. There was also a potential looming Air canada strike which Kriss made sure we had other alternatives just incase but luckily it didn't go ahead and we could relax otherwise this was a stressful situation two weeks before the holiday, so thank you very much for this and will definitely be booking our next trips with him.

We had a fab time thank you
From start to finish was first class, the journey from Victoria Station to Kent on the British Pullman made for a great start and it set the scene the what was to follow.
The experience on the Orient Express was just special in every way – food / carriage / company / journey / all of it WOW FACTOR (being transported back in time was a delight)
The hotel in Venice I would highly recommend 10/10 in was a great location 15/20 min walk from St Marks Square which we liked. We were able to mix more with the locals. The hotel itself we could not fault.
The return journey went really smooth all in all to us worth every penny
Its still a bit of a blur just so many special memories

Kriss Saundetrs and his team at ARC Adventure don't just know their stuff, they care.

They care about their clients, they care about the environment and the impact tourism has on that environment and they care about providing trips which aren't just incredible value, but are an experience which will never be forgotten, leaving the minimum impact on the flora and fauna their clients experience.
