Have just returned on an epic trip from Inverness to Silverstone and have nothing but praise for what was a brilliant journey aboard a comfortable coach but what really made this epic journey was the drivers professional, safe driving and lovely manner. Our driver Heath has been exceptional and made what could have been an uncomfortable and challenging journey a safe and pleasant one. He is a credit to your company!

Unprofessional Company from top to bottom! Bus Driver crashed into my car with complete and utter lack of care and attention! Causing severe damage, driver laughed and showed no care or interest to me and my passengers. Company did not offer to help transport us back home, stranded for 4 hours! Poor attitude of company as their attitude is ‘well that’s what insurance is for!’ I had 3 young boys with me one who was sitting where the bus crashed! They did not ask if we were ok and head of company had a complete lack of interest and was more interested in how angry I was!! I would not recommend a company who does not care if they have accidents or the damage they cause because you can claim for it!!! A company lacking in customer skills and dangerous drivers! Avoid!

Sharing our experience on the Red Tour Sightseeing bus with D & E Coaches today. Unfortunately there was an unscheduled stop due to an issue with smoke coming out of back of bus . @Bailey our bus driver acted extremely quickly and professionally, pulling over into a safe parking spot and evacuating the bus. He then proceeded to call the fire brigade, and ensured we were all safely off the road. The firies arrived to make all safe, and another bus had to come & collect us to continue our tour.
