Stayed at this gorgeous homely guest house for a weekend with my husband. Location perfect, north of Inverness which has great access to the highlands. Area very quiet and in a fantastic location. Beautiful garden at front of house and parking area private and secure. ||Our double bedroom was cosy, immaculate, very comfortable and roomy. Small fridge provided which was great for us. In addition to this there was also tea and coffee making facilities within the room (loads of tea bags , coffee, milk, biscuits, bottles of water and packets of crisps) - something that we really do appreciate when we are away from home - so thank you for that!||Ensuite a great size and beautiful fluffy towels provided along with body wash etc. Walk in shower had amazing water pressure.||The atmosphere at the guest house was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Scott and his wife (the owners) and Jason could not do enough for us - nothing was a trouble and they made us feel part of their home. ||Lovely breakfast was ordered (continental chosen by us) and it was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, toast and yogurts etc.||Could not fault a thing on our stay - it was just perfect! ||This was our first time in the highlands and we will be back for another visit in a few months, we have already booked our next stay - would not stay anywhere else!!||First class service, and thank you so much to you all for making our stay so amazing!! x

Excellent in every way. Great host, very friendly and welcoming. We were traveling for an event nearby and he went as far as to tell us if we had transport problems getting back to the guest house then he would arrange for us to be picked up. The rooms we
booked were perfect, clean , warm and nicely decorated . The guest house was only a short walk from the town and there was a bus stop right outside. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Many thanks from Lynn, Jean and Davie

Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this property

I had one of the worst experiences with this host. My friend’s flight was landing at 9:30 PM, but the host claimed the check-in window closed at 9 PM — despite no prior warning or flexibility. I live nearby and offered to collect the keys myself to help facilitate the check-in, but the host refused and responded with unprofessional and aggressive language.

It became clear that no room was actually available, and despite intervention from Booking.com, the host withheld the payment. The behavior was unacceptable and highly untrustworthy.

I strongly advise against booking this property.

Great place to stay, clean rooms very helpful, and the breakfast is unbelievable , how they do it for the money is unreal, challenge anyone to finish it. Scott and Jason are extremely friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble. Well worth a stay 👍🏻👍🏻

Fantastic family run accomodation. Choice of room on arrival. Breakfast to die for with fresh eggs laid in back garden! So central to everything in Dingwall. Great host.

We had such a lovely stay here. Scott and Jason create such a lovely atmosphere and put you first at every turn, making sure you have everything you need. So friendly and welcoming, staying here made the long drive well worth it. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends, and hope to return ourselves one day. Vegetarian hot breakfast was also a nice addition. Lots of options that many large hotel chains often do not go the extra mile to provide

Just back from Scotland stayed at the Cromarty View Guest House for 4 nights. Very enjoyable stay the Scottish Breakfast was amazing and the service first class. Went with my son and the room was large with two settees and a large flat screen TV. Free WiFi was provided..The ensuite was also large and the shower was powerful..with fresh white fluffy towels. Would recommend this guest house for a stay situated right on the NC500 10 miles north of Inverness..
