Booked a single room here to break a journey further up North. |The house and all the rooms I saw were really beautiful and decorated to a high standard. Beautifully clean and comfortable and the little extra touches such as the desk fan next to the bed just put an extra shine to it. Sandra, my hostess, was really lovely. Friendly and always on hand to help if needed. Rogie the dog was an extra bonus for me as I love dogs and enjoyed petting him outside though he wasn’t allowed to go into the guest areas. |Breakfast was delicious and a lovely selection of yoghurt, cereal or fresh fruit salad before a full Scottish set me up for the day. |Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely book here again next time I’m travelling north.

Just left after 1 night stay. Great B&B, room everything we needed & very clean. Good parking. Excellent friendly host. Lovely breakfast even went out of her way to get produce I mentioned when asked for my choice the night before. Would highly recommend. Bob & Stella

Wow what a great find. We used to own a successful guest house and always feel others don’t live up to our standards, but wow they were exceeded here. Great communication prior to arrival and a warm welcome awaits when you stay here. The house is immaculate, well decorated and the ensuite room was very relaxing, well furnished and super clean. I have a bit of OCD with using other bedding etc but I was comfortable here and wasn’t bothered as it was spotless. Breakfast was fresh, filling and had a good selection to chose from. Fully recommend this place

Whilst looking for a B & B to book for a few days prior to and after a stay in a log cabin in the Dingwall area I found this delightful and enchanting one. It suited our every need, so I booked it. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was beautiful with everything one could ever need. The hosts Sandra and Dougie were so warm and welcoming, making sure you had all you needed and were always on hand should you possibly need them. The bed was soooo comfy fulfilling the need for a good nights sleep. The en-suit is stunning with a huge shower and towels that are so soft it feels like someone is giving you a gentle hug. Everything is so impeccably clean and with such attention to detail. Then came breakfast, starting with a lovely choice of cereals, fresh fruits, fruit corners, fresh orange juice. I decided to ask for a child's portion of the cooked breakfast, as when I saw the amount on my husbands plate I knew no way could I manage all that. So I got just that and still I struggled to eat all of it , not wanting to leave a morsel of such a tasty breakfast it was then followed with toast etc and lashings of tea, coffee. A breakfast fit for a king. The whole experience was a sheer delight made so wonderful by Sandra and Dougie who chatted to us and took time to get to know us offering help and advice on any places we wanted to go to. We are now looking forward to our stay with them next year which we have already booked as this gem of a B & B is going to be very busy I am sure.

We stayed here for one night to attend a function locally. We were welcomed with wine/beer by Dougie who also kindly drove us to the function. Our room & en suite were tastefully furnished - someone has excellent colour sense - and breakfast was plentiful, including nice touches such as freshly prepared berries & grapes. Location is central but quiet, although on a main road, and there is good off road parking space behind the house. Sandra suggested we leave the car there in the morning while we explored Dingwall - another really helpful touch. .

We arrived tired after cycling 100 miles to be greeted by Sandra offering a beer. Amazing! She made us very comfortable and booked a table at a nearby restaurant for three hungry men. The room was spotless and comfortable. Doug cooked an excellent breakfast including the best black pudding we encountered along our journey from Land's End to John O'Groats.

We were unable to book the guest house we wanted but were recommended this one. What a delight! The wonderful hosts - Sandra and Dougie - couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect. We sincerely hope it won't be too long before we return.
