This company should be totally ashamed of themselves. I have been waiting for a reply to a simple question about my pension transfer for almost a month and when you phone them you get a robotic customer advisor who just says I will escalate your case to the team. What a load of jokers.

Created confusion with NI number. Something that stays with you consistently, then 5 months later used previous date amount accumulated and not the date from clearing up confusion ie different amount. Asked to use correct amount payable and refused saying it needs to be original date, robbing me of my money accumulated

STUPIDITY ALERT.
These have to be the worst Financial Management Company in the Universe. I asked why they had my tax code but decided to deduct an arbitrary amount or no tax from my annuity payments. Their response from Raheem in the Annuity Department was " we only deduct what HMRC tell us to send them. If they don't ask they don't get" I asked why they have my tax code from HMRC, if not so they can calculate how much tax they should deduct and pass to HMRC. Answer from Raheem " We have to have the code for our records" Totally and utterly useless, even on the simplest of things. In addition, they also declared, to HMRC, some totally random figure for the amount they were paying me this tax year, from my annuity. Declared amount is more than £3K below reality. They need to be investigated by all the governing bodies they are controlled and regulated by, including FCA and Financial Ombudsman and Prudential Registration Authority. Do not get involved unless you really have to and beware; rumours of name change being planned ( to hide all past failures and shortcomings?)

They hold on to your money for as long as they can despite what they promise. They ask for unreasonable security questions that you are sure not to pass, so that they wont have to discuss your money

This people called Reassure groups of insurance agents are all liars from the pit of Hell.
One of their agent Mr Pearce promised to compensate me with a gift card after taking the Life insurance policy with Legal &General , since September 2024, this man has been lying no longer picked up my calls, please people should be aware of this so-called insurance marketers.

Extremely poor service. They were dealing with an insurance of my late parents. Initially they were terrible with the lasting power of attorney and now they are worse paying out! Don’t use them!!

I have been trying to correct the information they are holding .e so I can get further information about my policy however as I can't pass what they security procedure as this is the information that need corrected what absolute joke . 1 star is still to good to give them. Seriously rethinking if this the right company to be investing my money with.
