Terrible experience. We wanted to hire a car and they took payment without checking identification then asked me to email over my ID and license. And after that, they did not respond to any of my emails. They required so many different forms of address and their communication was very poor, when I called for them to respond to my emails they said “we don’t usually respond to emails” even though they asked me to email them initially.

I decided to go with Campbeltown Motor Company instead who only require the driving license and DVLA code. Very simple and quick as it should be.

Had to hire a van to move someone to England. Great service and friendly staff with competitive pricing. The van was clean and good to drive, with no issues. Would happily hire from again if the need arose in the future. Recommended hire firm!

Staff are very helpful and friendly, I've used this garage a few times now and everything was exceptional on all occasions. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, and communicated with me my problems in a way I could understand. Will definitely use again A+++

Poor customer service. Showed absolutely no interest in attending to my inquiry and failed to respond to WhatsApp messages as well. Asked for all kinds of information including my licence and check code which I duly provided only for them to do a dither and claim to not rent to under 25s. A complete waste of time avoid
