We visited the Farm Park during the summer holidays and so the place was understandably busy. We had an enjoyable day and the children appreciated the various pieces of play equipment, sand pits, petting animals and other attractions. There were lots of interesting animals (many eager to be fed!) too. The main downside we encountered was the long queues for special activities, particularly bottle feeding and the tractor ride, both would have been at least an hour wait so we decided to do other things.

Great family adventure! The farm is admirably well-kept, and the animals look happy. The snacks you can buy to hand-feed the animals are a good value, as it seems these animals aren't even somewhat close to being fed up with it. We loved getting to know rare breeds. And yes, the trampolines made the kids ecstatic as well! Highly recommended.

A wonderful place for all the family. Plenty of parking. Easy ticketing system, signposted well. Very well l laid out. Great picnic areas for families, you can bring your own or buy there. Loads of play spaces for the children of all ages (up to 10 years)

They have a great discovery area where you can pet the rabbits and chicks. Learn about how to take care of them.

I loved how the fields were laid out in a time line. So you can see hope the breeds developed over time. It is wonderful that you can feed them as you go around. There are plenty of opportunities for you to was your hands and to keep the animals safe. The walk ways are a great touch. If you run out of food you can get more half way round. The tractor ride of a great touch.

We finished our day with a lovely ice cream and a walk round the woods then the field of flowers.

I would come here again.

We stayed on the campsite overnight and the cost then allowed us access to the park for 2 days.
Lots to do for the kids, bottle feeding the goats and sheep. Holding a chick. Feeding the sheep and goats. Plenty of places to play and indoor spaces to hide from the rain.
The campsite is clean and well kept with some lovely walks.
The staff were fantastic, they were very welcoming and friendly and very kind to our grandchildren

Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Rude Staff

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to after our experience at Cotswold Farm Park. From start to finish, the level of customer service was shockingly poor. The staff were not only unhelpful, but downright rude on multiple occasion and so many lies told!

We approached a few different staff members for assistance with what should have been simple questions, and were met with dismissive attitudes, and an overall sense that they simply couldn’t care less. There was absolutely no effort made to be understanding of our situation and why we could no longer visit.

What’s most disappointing is that this is a place marketed as a family-friendly attraction – somewhere meant to educate and inspire children. Instead, we were made to feel unheard. It was clear that several staff members had no interest.

This experience completely shocked us and being told our number is being blocked and no correspondence from email even though we are still owed £238 of our money we tried to meet in the middle and ask for a partial refund or alternative booking when was more suitable for our situation but there was no compromise accept in the winter but even that was a lie because they close for certain months too so they made it completely impossible for us. They even told us that they wouldn’t tell there customers if there animals were to catch TB like local farms very close so who knows if this is a safe place to visit and take your family. Which was my very own concern. I would strongly recommend management take a hard look at their customer service standards, because this was unacceptable. There social media is full of false advertisement but yet they can’t even reply to help already paid customers. We will not be returning and will keep fighting for our refund!!!

A beautiful sunflower field for only £2 per person!
It’s such great value for a lovely day out.
The flowers are bright and endless under the blue sky.
There’s also a Flower Festival with fun walking trails.
Perfect for family visits and taking amazing photos!

Day visitors. Really enjoyed our time looking around and learning about the rare breeds that Adam and his father have played a part in saving. Pleased to meet Adam who took the time to have a chat with us. Well worth the entrance charge. If we had brought children we could have stayed for several hours. We would camp here next time. Complete contrast to Clarkson's Farm!

Came here today for a visit with my family for the first time.
Great place to go to, a lot of interactions with the animals what is great.
The tractor ride was a lot of fun and so was holding a chick.
However the only downfall was there is a lot of goats compared to other animals.
They also have a flower field and sunflower field what is free with your entrance ticket. They have a maize and also go karts in the field with load of photo opportunities.
The tractor ride was £1, this was available to pay by cash or card.
The feed is £2.00 when buying it straight from the entrance, when buying the feed online with the tickets it costs £1.50. However they have a vending machine for the feed what is £3.50 which is near the cows.
The gift shop was clean and the lady behind the counter was friendly.
