Had a fabulous day trip to isle of wight. I was informed firsthand if the coach is stuck in traffic on the way to my pick up point. Trip started on time. Every stop the tour guide makes sure of the return time, so no one was late that day (hes funny too) the bus was comfy. It was a long travel. Never had any issues with the seats.

We had a great day out in the Isle of Wight with coaching innovations. Chris entertained us throughout the day. We visited the needles resort and Shanklin which was lovely. Due to road closures, we missed the scheduled ferry however Chris did all he could to ensure we got on the next available ferry. Thank you Chris

After using Coach Innovations twice to travel to Wembley in 2022 we recently used them again. We were fortunate enough this time around to get on their club class coach. I have to admit it exceeded our expectations. Think first class air travel on the road! The hostess service was great and reasonably priced. I have no issue recommending travelling with Coach Innovations.

Thank You Coach Innovations for my Isle of Wight Day tour last Sunday! Your customer services is rated five stars. Your Travel up-dates and advice made throughout our journey showed a kind consideration for your customers and a clear commitment to keep your passengers informed and safe. I recommend your company greatly to whoever is looking for an affordable and well organised day trip. The two drivers were friendly and attentive to the needs of individuals and the ones of the collective.

If I could leave 0 stars for this shambolic company I would. I was on the disastrous 4th December trip to Bruges, where we were delayed from the get go, with the pick-up being 40 minutes late. They knowingly picked us up with a faulty coach that had already overheated on its way to our pick-up. There was no heating on the coach & bearing in mind it was -2º outside, the coach was full of freezing people!

We got to Dover an hour later than planned, thus missing our crossing. We then had a 2 hour wait until the next crossing, telling us to go to Burger King to bide our time, but it didn't open until 8am, so that wasn't an option.

When we were 15 minutes away from the Bruges Christmas market drop-off, our coach slowed to a stop and broke down, surrounding us with the smell of burning oil. Passing cars were pointing at us and within a few minutes, we were surrounded by 4 fire engines and police. But yet still no communication from the coach driver. He was off of the coach in a heartbeat but wouldn't let us off, apparently in case we were hit by passing cars. But it was apparently ok for us to burn to death - I would rather have taken my chances with the passing cars! Unfortunately for me, I also needed to use the loo and asked the driver if I could use the one on the coach, which was the vilest experience of my life. So bad that a fellow passenger took a photo out of sheer disgust.

Eventually, we were transferred to another coach and taken to the markets, not arriving until 1.30pm. Knowing that we had to return to the coach for a 5pm departure & with a walk of 20 minutes each way to-and-from the coach/markets, it left us with under 3 hours in Bruges. When we returned to our coach, we were told that it was irreparable & our replacement would take us to Dover, via a random drop-off to a chocolate shop.

Upon arrival in Dover, there wasn't a replacement coach for us to finish our journey home, even though they had known of the need for one for 10 hours. We had no choice but to wait in the frigid cold of Dover docks for 50 minutes to await the replacement coach with not one single apology. All in it was a 20 hour day from pick-up to drop-off. A ridiculously long way to go for not even 3 hours and a day of continual disorganisation and lacking any apology. I have since written to Coach Innovations via email detailing this shambolic day, hoping for a response. Nearly 2 weeks on, I am still yet to receive one!

Do not use this company, spend the extra and go via Eurostar if anything but to keep your blood pressure down!

Trip to Wembley was transfered over from Soccer express. Paid extra for club class coach which broke down a few days before. We got basic coach driver didn't know WiFi code. Chargers weren't working and driver smoking on the way home. They were friendly and got us there and back but not worth the extra we paid

Quite possibly the worst organisation I've ever dealth with. I purchased two vouchers from wowcher to travel with them to Isle of Wight,. We tried to redeem the vouchers but unable to do so after several attempts. (8 in total). We tried calling, no response!!! We emailed, no response!!! How are organisation such as this allowed to get away with literally no customer service or contact with customers? The very people they are serving? The telephone number and email address are only there for show...nothing more.

Avoid at all costs. Get the euro star.
Driver told to drive to Bruges 4th dec 2022. Knowing the coach had a problem with engine. It blew up 20 mins from Bruges. No heating on coach from London in -2. Toilet on board was disgusting. Driver didn’t care. I’ve asked for a refund had no response in a week. The whole trip was a nightmare. Didn’t get home until 3.00am Monday morning. The replacement coach drive was taking on his phone from Dover docks. To Hammersmith London. Over two hours. He was talking to his girlfriend who was driving the 2nd coach behind us. This company just don’t care.
