I love the collaboration of NINETY, mainly because I’d been feeling so alone. The programme gave me access to a group of other people to talk to. Lots of members are much older than me, and I wasn’t expecting this. But actually it’s really good to be able to listen to their experiences. Had never come across a career coach before but working ninety has instrumental in helping my understand my strengths and also give me direction. It was a detailed programme that also felt so personalised work with a coach on a 1:1 basis along the way.
