Had my Tesla Model Y serviced here last week.
Very friendly reception staff and the first garage I've been too that was spotless throughout. Can tell they hold themselves to high standards.
Reasonable prices and just over the road is a great artisan coffee shop/roasters to hang out

I've had my 2021 MG5 30,000 mile EV serviced by main dealers but this year was was the first time I was able to talk to an expert about our car and to be with the engineer to learn what work was done at home in Glasgow. When the car is serviced by a main dealer, I have no idea what work was carried out or how it was done.
I particularly liked the care that Craig took to remove wheels, remove disc brakes, clean and inspect all components - there's been no wear to the pads or discs although the grooves in the rear pads were clogged. These were cleaned. All suspension joints, bushes and wheel bearings were checked. Brake fluid was checked with an instrument and it did not need replacing.
Our is a basic MG EV, not very special, but I'm super pleased with Craig's work and I'm happy I chose Cleevely EV having watch the James & Kate videos on YouTube.

Great experience at Cleevely.

Booked in my Model Y DMLR for an oil change and once over check at the 120,000 mark. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and on time. The car has now just covered 150,201 miles and it’s running perfectly. Thank you Cleevely

Great service from Cleevely for an end of warranty check of my Model 3. Bought the car second hand shortly before, and had a clean MOT - but Cleevely noticed suspension issues which are covered under warranty, saving me money had I just trusted the advisory free MOT and not noticed until out of warranty. Technician showed up bang on time, and finished quickly - had report sent over within the hour. Hopefully won’t need to use you again for much, but would not go elsewhere.

Since first using Cleevely for car servicing and repairs, I wouldn't consider anyone else. Super customer service, reliable and the skills of the team are second to none. After having an electrical issue that a main dealer would have most likely taken months to sort, the guys had it diagnosed and repaired in less than a day. Couldn't ask for more, thank you all!

Had an end of warranty inspection carried out today and received an excellent service. The technician (James) was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Hopefully we even managed to resolve an issue that Tesla themselves hadn't fixed in 3 separate service visits - he'd potentially rectified it in 20 minutes! Highly recommended company and service!
