No instructions on what to do on the day as in customer parking. No idea where it was. Also sent a email 4 weeks prior to my pick up day and no one replied to it. When I got there a lot of staff talking to eachother whilst I was waiting to be seen didn't even acknowledge me. If these few tweaks are managed I would give 5 star but need some improvements with customer service.

Down to Gloucestershire for a 3 day trip and just before heading home to Glasgow I ripped the engine guard off the front of my car. I phoned Go Vehicle Services based at the Airport and they agreed to take my car straight away. Fabulous customer service and a quick repair so I can now go home without the worry. I booked my motorhome in for a MOT and service all went well on the day left it with them needed some some work to get it through the MOT so got a phone call to give me a price so I told them to proceed .
Later on the same day another phone call to say that it was all good to go . Great service very polite and helpful
