Helen goes above and beyond when you book a holiday. She prints paperwork for you if your like me and like things done the old fashioned way. She checks you in for your flights so you don't have to worry about that. She is well travelled so very knowledgeable on best places to go and what to do when there. More importantly for me she is there to help solve any problems should you have any regardless of the time.
Nothing is too much trouble for her.
