We have been trying to get a property for over 6 months, dealing with various agencies, but Martin & Co were by far the best. fast reponse times and professionalism. Lindsey Medley mainly dealt with our application and she was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easier with knowledge and costumer care.

Honestly the best estate agency in Shrewsbury! We have rented out a property using them as our managing agent, and they expedited the contract within 24 hours to help the tenant, which was amazing. We have also sold a property through them, which they sold within 24 hours of it going online and then handled the sales process with accuracy and experienced efficiency. We have also had 2 properties valued and the valuations arrived 2 hours after the site appraisal. I would never use anyone else in Shrewsbury now, they are head and shoulders above the competition with respect to customer service. What I like the most is the team's commitment to their clients, whether that is, buyer, vendor, tenant or landlord. They are extremely down to earth, honest, professional and all go out of their way to help. Simon, Tracie and Lindsey are simply an amazing team. Hardworking, realible, sincere and trustworthy along with being friendly and approachable. A rare combination, but one which adds up to superb customer service. I would highly recommend.

We received great support and service from the whole team at Martin & Co, and in particular from Lindsey.
It was a difficult time to sell our house due to the lockdown, but also off of the back of our probate situation of which Lindsey was always understanding and handled our situation sensitively - far more than many estate agents would have I feel.
Overall this felt we had a very personal service which was exactly what we wanted and needed at a difficult time in our lives.
Everything went well in the end and Lindsey even went above and beyond to find us temporary accommodation at really short notice after our completion dates became elongated! We wouldn't choose any other estate agents from now on - absolutely brilliant service 👍

I can't thank Lindsey and all of the team at Martin & Co enough for their professional service when dealing with our house sale.
Martin & Co offered Matterport video tour, which was essential at a time when we were between lock downs and this helped in securing our sale.
Lindsay gave incredible service and was at hand (even on her days off!) to deal with any queries we may have had.
