I called in AJ Reid to sell my property after I had been put through a 7 month failed sale "ordeal" (hell)with Get Moving in Whitchurch. When you pay cheap you pay twice! The team at AJ Reid handled my anxiety, found me the right buyer very quickly and moved it through to exchange quickly. 3/4months and I moved finally!. My advice get an agent that knows the market place and can find proceedable buyers. I lost thousands of pounds making a wrong choice in my first agent. Your agent is the most important person in your sale process, don't mess up that choice. AJ Reid understand the process and they work together as a team for your sale.

AJReid sold my house recently. It was not a particularly easy sale but they remained friendly, professional and committed throughout and I am unable to fault them. They cheerfully conducted lots of viewings and negotiated with the buyer for me, keeping me well informed throughout what turned out to be a long process due to 2 buyers pulling out. They were available by phone within 30 secs any time I phoned them and responded promptly to any emails from me.

We received 5 star service when purchasing with AJ Reid. The owner and staff members were more than helpful- really efficient and knowledgeable and always happy to help and support. Each and every member went above and beyond to keep us informed and keep on top of all necessary enquiries and concerns. We had a wonderful experience buying our new property via AJ Reid. We had a particularly negative experience with a different estate agent when trying to buy previously but Lisa, Sharon and Jonathan were all fantastic in every interaction we had with them. What a dream team! We have been really, really impressed with everyone at Reids, and definitely recommend them.
Jonathon valued our house and wrote the sales particulars; he is friendly, professional, honest, and funny.
Lisa recorded a really good video, gave great advice throughout the selling process, is really efficient, and was a fantastic support the whole way through.

Very pleased indeed with A J Reid's help selling our mother's house after she passed away. They certainly earned their fee - there was a lot of interest so they had to organise several long days of successive viewings. They handled the process very well, keeping us informed promptly of prospective buyers' interest and offers, and gave us good advice on which offers to accept. And they pointed us towards an excellent local solicitor - all in all we were extremely glad we chose them
