I went to watch the F1, the movie on Saturday, the 5th of July, and it was amazing. Apart from the lack of popcorn topping 🍿 choices like the caramel, everything else was great. The atmosphere was quiet but still enjoyable, like in any other cinema in the country. The seating and the view were good, and because it didn't have as many people, I had a good view of the whole screen from where I was sitting.

Charging full price for tickets in screen 4 still, audio and video cut out multiple times throughout the film and has happened every time I've been there in the last month.

Talk of the town is that management are aware of the fault and not doing anything about it, again people are being charged full price to watch a film that cuts out and resizes at pivotal points, often missing sections of films up to 20 seconds long, lights turned fully on as well for the remainder of one of them 🤷

Came with my partner to watch the 20th anniversary of star wars l, great film as always.
Staff were very polite and quick service in time for the film as we were a little late.

OK cinema. Seat rows are quite close together if your tall like myself. And also the screen in screen room 1 was not 100% in focus. The film bad guys 2 was good and kids enjoyed it.

It was okay. They forgot to turn one of the lights off and move the curtains back all the way for the movie, but you stopped noticing after a while.
And the snacks are very expensive for what they are, the hotdogs and nachos and like double what you should be paying. But the large drinks are LARGE so I was happy with that.
So yeah just pretty bang average experience really, I still enjoyed it though.

Went to cineworld a couple of nights ago and the sound was dreadful. Really loud music from one speaker, which meant that we couldn't hear a word of dialogue as it was completely overpowered with the "background music" in the film. Several people complained, however I was told there was nothing to be done. Such a shame and really dampened the enjoyment of the cinema experience. Very frustrating and felt like a total waste of money. No suggestion of reimbursement and the staff didn't even acknowledge the issues as we left.

Went with my son for Lilo and Stitch on a Thursday afternoon, and you made our day! Thank you. It's a shame not more people visit the cinema these days, it's so much better experience than a film at home. Above all the staff were both polite and friendly, they seem to enjoy working there together. Snack was tasty too! I felt like the place was looked after too. Will be back.

Terrible! We visited on Saturday after 2pm. Seats were different then the one we paid for. We booked our tickets online and chose our seats up high. The actual seats were at the bottom. Seats are not comfortable and dated. Auditorium was not properly ventilated and stank of all sort of food people got in. Screen was on a very "blurry" side. As for the carpark, spaces are tight considering the fact everyones driving a "bigger car" nowadays. Lots of people don't park in the spaces correctly. Cinema or carpark operator should look into it and execute it. Not fair on other carpark users. Overall not worth the price. I've been to much smaller and older cinemas where seating and screen were better quality at half the price. Very dissapointed.
