We were made to feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we arrived. We were gifted 3 treatments: floating, fire & ice and the sun room. We absolutely loved it! Its the perfect way to disconnect and reset. Now that we know how it all works, we'd definitely go back and probably relax even more. Everything was clean, instructions were clear, and there was some good banter too 😄 thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I had our first float together at Shropshire floats and I was a bit nervous but when entering we were greeted by Kevin who was very helpful and reassuring. He gave us a tour of the building and explained how everything worked he was very informative and everywhere is extremely clean.
Once we were in the pod it didn't take long before we were totally relaxed we were actually surprised how relaxed it made us, after the float my husband used the red light therapy which he found really relaxing and really helped his skin and mood, where I used the fire and ice which was amazing.
We came away feeling so relaxed and looking forward to returning.

I'm so thankful that Shropshire Floats has got their first hyperbaric oxygen chamber. I've been seeking this as a treatment for a few years now, but haven't been able to find one near enough for a reasonable cost.

I know people don't have time to read an essay review, so if anyone does want to talk to me in more detail, I am sure Kevin can put you in touch with me.

Long story short, I have chronic health issues due to mould in an old home I bought in 15 years ago. The mould colonised in my system and made me very ill for several years. It also triggered coeliac disease and chronic fatigue, along with multiple other immune reactions. I actually only found out about the mould in 2020, thanks to an amazing nutritionist. I've been trying to detox ever since with no luck.

The research shows that regular hyperbaric sessions along with detox protocols have proven successful in detoxing colonised mould from the body (loads of studies/articles if you Google it).

I've been having regular hyperbarics with Shropshire Floats the last few weeks now. I can 100% confirm it has increased my energy (which is often low), has improved my sleep (which was poor) and has heightened my feeling of wellness overall that I've ever been able to start exercising again. This is the first time in years I have had consistent energy throughout the day, I am usually ready to crash/nap by 2pm.

Mycotoxins tests are expensive, so I'm planning on retesting that towards the end of the summer, so I'll be able to update my review then.

However, I'm feeling significantly better in myself, so even without the test, I would recommend anyone with chronic illness to try the chamber. It truly is helping me.

Immaculately clean, friendly owner and a great floatation experience. Lighting and music is relaxing (should you require it), the floatation pods are a good size and the waterfall shower is great. Floating has helped my muscle tension considerably, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
