Loads of fun. Struggled on the way up but the little cliff Railway that can made it up on the fourth try. We all cheered. 2.50 return. Large queue to come back up but it clears quickly. People are friendly. Interesting operation of two counter weight cars with a cable funicular.

Lovely weekend in Bridgnorth at the Moto Guzzi Fest. Had a wander through the town. Their floral displays were amazing. Went on the funicular cliff railway. £2.50 return journey.
A fantastic piece of engineering, well worth a trip if you're in the area. Great views from the top.

Lovely little ride on the cliff railway £2.50 return.
Took our dog Monty for a lovely walk along the river and then sat on the side of the river in one of the lovely pubs having a nice refreshing point before taking the cliff Railway back up

Nice little cliff railway and saves walking up the steep hill. £5 per person for a return journey and they run every 5 mins or so. Journey takes about 1 minute each way.

Lovely visit to Bridgenorth high town. Very scenic and a nice place to visit during sunny weather. My friend and I had ice-cream did some window shopping and played blackjack outside the ice-cream shop. Also I found a brand new illustrated children's Bible in a charity shop and that was definitely a highlight 🥰

This is well worth a visit! For the bargain price of £2.50 for a return ticket, this is a great way to see Bridgnorth and walk the surrounding area. It's a very interesting piece of engineering, and it's brilliant that dogs are allowed (and travel free!).

Lovely place. Quiet and quaint little town of Bridgnorth. Tickets reasonable for the railway albeit a short journey, the sights and the experience are worth it.

Disgraceful discriminating set up, my elderly friend with Parkinson’s Disease & I were tired after our bike ride & went to take the railway up in order to take the Severn Valley Railway 🚂 to Kidderminster. However even though the carriage wasn’t full, no bikes allowed as they take up space. I said so what if it was a pram or a wheelchair? Response was, “It’s on a notice” I pointed out our bike fold, same discriminatory response. We left. If the bikes were in bags, they’d have been luggage. Disgraceful attitude. And I bet you if the train was empty, they’d have taken our money!
